What is your return policy?

You have the right to return one or multiple products from your order within 30 days of ordering. To be eligible for a refund, the products must be in the same condition as received, which means they should not be worn or used, and must be in their original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact.

Please note that only products purchased directly from our website are eligible for return; we do not accept returns for products bought from other retailers. Our products can’t be exchanged at a retailer. All returns must be registered here through our return portal before being sent back to our warehouse. We do not accept returns that are not registered online and do not have our official return label, which is automatically generated at the end of the return registration process.

How do I make a return?

Please register your return here. Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return. Once your return is registered, you'll receive a prepaid return label. Download and print your return label and attach it to the package. Also, download and print the packing slip and add it to the package.

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item, all you need to do is return the item in question and place a new order for the desired variation.
