How do I know if my purchase was successful?

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. If you haven't received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us through our contact page. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Where do you ship from?

We will ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

When will my order be shipped?

Our warehouse will process your order as quickly as possible. We will ship your order within the next few business days, provided the item you ordered is in stock. Please note that order processing may take longer than usual during promotions. Orders are typically not handled during weekends and local holidays.

What is the status of my order?

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. In the confirmation email, you will find all relevant information regarding your parcel and your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to be forwarded to the shipment tracking page. Please note that it might take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be activated. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us through our contact page. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

What is the expected delivery time?

Your order will be delivered as quickly as possible. The delivery time depends on the destination country and external factors beyond the control of adidas underwear and its shipping partner. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical issues, customs delays, and so on. Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during promotions. Packages are typically not transported during weekends and local holidays.

My package should have arrived by now. What should I do?

First, check the shipment tracking to see the status of your delivery. If the tracking shows that your package is on its way but the status has not changed after a few business days, please contact us through our contact page.

If the tracking status indicates that your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it after checking your desired location and with your neighbors, please also reach out to us. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

Can I change my order?

Due to automated processes, an order is handled immediately after it has been placed. Therefore, it isn't possible for us to change your order.

Why has my order been canceled?

In rare cases, an item may be sold out even if it is still displayed as available in the shop. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email with information about the cancellation. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
